The Property Site is the coming together of two property companies, Blue Skies Property Ltd, the New Zealand operation and Pamford Pty Ltd, the Australian operation.

The Property Site is a portal that brings these two enterprises under a single information umbrella.The Property Site is designed to provide information about the projects undertaken by both companies and the experience gained over the past 25 years or so.The Property Site provides a point of contact and also informs interested parties of the opportunities that exist for those interested in direct property investment and or development opportunities.The common thread between Blues Skies and Pamford is that these companies and their associated group of companies have been managed and directed by Peter Waters. Peter has been involved in Property investment and development for over 30 years.
